We don't sell or share your contact data

Your name, email, and phone number are used by us, to talk with you. We never sell them, and we never hand them to other companies for their own marketing or lead lists. The only people who see your information are our team, the vendors who run our systems on our behalf, and — if you're in a transaction with us — the professionals needed to close it (title companies, attorneys, and the like).

We use AI, openly

We use AI tools heavily in our day-to-day work — drafting communications, researching properties and markets, analyzing data, and keeping our records organized. That means information you share with us may pass through AI service providers working on our behalf, under agreements that limit them to serving us. A human at Groundwork stands behind every decision and every deal, whether or not AI helped along the way.

We do use cookies and analytics

Like most websites, we use cookies and tags (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising on platforms like Google and Meta. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically turn off advertising cookies and ad personalization for your visit — no banner, no clicking, it just works.

We keep what we need, protect what we keep

We keep your information for as long as we're working together, plus whatever the law requires for real-estate and securities records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. When we no longer need it, we get rid of it.
