A seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with an exclusive focus on land acquisition since 2018. In 2024 he narrowed his focus to entitlement and development, with closed transactions across NC, OK, GA, and FL. Previously co-founded an e-commerce company that scaled from $0 to a $24M annual run rate. B.S. Chemical Engineering, Virginia Commonwealth University.
David Hansen
35+ years as a land development engineer, planner, and developer. Played a central role in 15,000+ residential units and 500,000+ sq ft of commercial across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Currently involved in 17 projects across 9 states totaling over 5,000 residential lots.
Jordan Sheriff
Hands-on experience in large-scale commercial construction and project management. Most recently delivered a $75M agricultural facility — managing five subcontractors and roughly 50 crew members on-site. Brings practical, results-driven discipline to land acquisition.
