A two day workshop which we held in partnership with Dawns i Bawb in Caernarfon, North Wales.

The River, our fluid bodies was a 2-day movement workshop that took its motivation from Caernarfon’s two rivers; a place of confluence, a place shaped by the movements and boundaries of water and the possibilities of fluidity- of identity, of transition and travel, of wildness and drift.

Working both in the studio at Galeri Caernarfon and through moving with the rivers and their edges we developed scores, movements and built micro environments in the studio, influenced by our time working in/by and through observing the rivers.’

Moving/being/in/with the river.

Here are some images from the two days together.

The images of witnessing each other, we mostly kept for our own eyes.

Diolch pawb. It was lovely to join you all in North Wales for this movement practice.
