Sandra Harnisch-Lacey is a certified Pilates Foundation teacher with an extensive training in Movement and Dance. A graduate of the Laban Centre in London, she has performed, choreographed and taught nationally and internationally for more than 15 years. She is also Artistic Director and choreographer of the award winning Harnisch-Lacey Dance Theatre www.harnischlacey.com She completed her Pilates training at The Scott Studio in Somerset under the tuition of Suzanne Scott and Sally Roberts. She teaches 7 classes per week at The Gate, Cardiff.  Due to Covid-19 she currently teaches classes via Zoom at a general and advanced level and has over ten years of teaching experience under her belt. www.pilates-cardiff.com
