Groundwork have welcomed a new member; Fern Wilson for a six week Internship.

Studying MA Arts Management at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama; Fern will be working closely with the Groundwork team to get an insight into the professional setting of a busy arts organisation.

“I will be advancing my Project Management skills through developing key areas of research into business strategies, event promotion and production of marketing materials at Groundwork in order to develop my career in the Arts Management.

I feel incredibly grateful to work with such a talented team of dancers, producers and founders of the company. Groundwork have provided me with such a rounded experience into their professional arts organisation only two weeks into the Internship. I can’t wait to see more inspiring events in the next four weeks and see the support for developing artists grow.”
