We’re bringing Zoë Solomons back to Cardiff for more fantastic morning classes!
Zoe is also leading a full day workshop: Humans, on Wednesday 8th, following morning class at the Atrium.

In these classes we will explore universal anatomical and biomechanical principles.

With the aid of skeleton models and books we will apply our ideas in improvisation and set material. The class is a research context where all movers, regardless of background, contribute to the growth of shared knowledge.

This class in an opportunity for detailed research into the sensitivity of our body’s landing pathways: which invite a flowing relationship with ground, and therefore a slipstream to launch from.

This workshop is open to movers of all kinds and experience levels.

Live Physical Practice is donation based. If you have income at the moment donations are welcome but we do not expect payment from freelancers whose income has been disrupted by COVID 19.

If access issues due to e.g. a disability are a barrier to you being able to join Groundwork classes please contact groundworkprocardiff@gmail.com to discuss your requirements confidentially
