Yoga, coffee and chat, 12th November 2020

10:30am – 11:15am, Iyengar Yoga with Jess Lerner

11:20am – 12:00, coffee and chat

We will meet, move for 45 minutes and then if you want to stay and chat, (or if you can only come for a chat) there will be time for us to share our experiences and check in with like minded souls. How are you doing today?

Reflecting on the increased demands on us as artists and as people this is an open space to chat about what you have – or haven’t- been doing in recent months.

Come to move, come for a chat or both.

Email for the Zoom link and let us know which parts you plan to make.

(Bring your own cuppa.)

About Jess Lerner

Jessica Lerner is a visual movement artist who teaches yoga. She qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 1998. She has been making performance art and dance since 1989 with a strong focus on improvisation and felt sense. Somatic movement training has informed her yoga teaching over the years.

During the last six months her online teaching has been about coping with anxiety and uncertainty through breath work and restorative poses, moving energy and drawing strength through standing poses and balances and twists. She emphasises doing what feels safe and comfortable for you and listening to your body and minds needs.
