Starting with half an hour of Yoga led by Kalpana Tagore. We will meet, move and then there will be time for us to share our experiences of movement practice in lockdown. How do we practice now? Reflecting on the increased demands on us as artists and as people, this is an open space to chat about what you have – or haven’t – been doing in recent months.

Come for yoga, come for chat or both. Bring your own cuppa.
