Yoga, coffee and chat

Wednesday 9th December 2020

10:30am – 11:15am, Power Yoga with Rosa Carless

11:20am – 12:00, coffee and chat

We will meet, move for 45 minutes and then if you want to stay and chat, (or if you can only come for a chat) there will be time for us to share our experiences and check in with like minded souls. How are you doing today?

Reflecting on the increased demands on us as artists and as people this is an open space to chat about what you have – or haven’t- been doing in recent months.

Come to move, come for a chat or both.

Email groundworkprocardiff@gmail.com for the Zoom link and let us know which parts you plan to make.

(Bring your own cuppa.)

About Rosa Carless

Fusing the two together to make a conditioning, stretching, invigorating session that lends itself well to people who love ‘Ground work’ movement based conditioning.
