Spring term starts Sunday 14th January with Cai Tomos
At the Atrium, University of South Wales.

Morning class runs from 10-11.30 £4

Cai’s class places emphasis on processes that support our capacity to listen to the body and the fluctuations in our presence. Scores and improvisations will be given as a frame in which we can investigate our own curiosities with the intention of broadening own movement language. Time will be given to track our own nervous systems. Sometimes slowing down in order to gain clarity about the dialogue between our sensations and imagination and how attending to that can perhaps allow freshness to our experience of dancing. We will move between structured improvisations and set material.

This will be followed by a full day workshop
Cai Tomos: About Time

10 – 5 £15 (class and workshop)
(please note class is open to all but you must attend the morning class to participate in the workshop).
