The artist never entirely knows. We guess. We may be wrong, but we take leap after leap in the dark” Agnes de Mille.

This two day workshop begins in the body. By entering into the qualities and textures of bone, breath, and heart we open into unknown stories that live just below the surface of our everyday lives.

As we awaken the senses an aliveness appears where our moving calls up a shape shifting and metamorphoses, that open us beyond our  familiar selves.

This workshop offers creative space to listen, move, and explore receiving from within and from what is around us. We will take time in solo work and with others to enrich and deepen our dancing and  open  out  the ways  in which we care for  ourselves.

Bookings are no longer available for this event.
