“Over the workshop we will experiment with site based choreography ( outdoors- weather permitting and indoors. ) I hope to give opportunities for moving together, experimenting compositionally in different sites, discussing and sharing ideas and thoughts around site specific work. Over the weekend we will touch on the realities of working out of the theatre in terms of its aesthetic, context socio political, rural and urban, audience engagement and the practical challenges and considerations. I have made work for many different contexts and settings and will share my work on Saturday early evening too as a way of opening wider discussions.” – Rosemary Lee
