Cai’s classes are based on somatic approaches to the moving body. The class will focus on working from sensing/feeling the movement from the inside, with the intention of activating one’s own curiosity through play.

Classes are a combination of exercises based on raising awareness of sensation, imagination, perception, through improvisation. Cai encourages the development of people’s own movement vocabulary in a way that enhances and supports their own creativity and expression of the body in a playful and relaxed atmosphere.

Cai’s class will be extended on Friday into a two-hour class,  9.30-11.30
