For this short meeting I propose a brief approach to my personal physical practice; focusing on the expansion of our body awareness to include other aspects of our professional and personal activity.

We will work on tools that I consider useful and powerful to awaken and unblock our vertebral column, rebalance our energy and to activate our creativity. These tools help us to enjoy movement away from the obsession for control and virtuosity in order to understand a more integrated and complex idea of dance. We find common areas and enjoy the individuality of movement in a light and playful way, forgetting the acquisition of accomplishment as a strategy to touch deeper spaces. ”

We may learn choreographic material as a key to express, connect and implement our own individual and group possibilities.
