Kim’s class will be a flowing, fun and opening practice, a chance to get into our bodies and come together and dance. It will be an hour-long class that will fit between the furniture from the comforts of our own homes! Using a mix of contemporary technique and flowing phrases the emphasis is on enjoyment and a sense of freedom through the body.

Enjoy!
