Tuesday 15th December
10am – 11am

Cai’s class places emphasis on processes that support our capacity to listen to the body and the fluctuations in our presence. Scores and improvisations will be given as a frame in which we can investigate our own curiosities with the intention of broadening own movement language. Time will be given to track our own nervous systems. Sometimes slowing down in order to gain clarity about the dialogue between our sensations and imagination and how attending to that can perhaps bring freshness to our experience of dancing.

This class is open to everyone who’d like to join.

To book email groundworkprocardiff@gmail.com and we will send you the zoom link in advance of the start time
