The fundamental of the class will focus on Ethiopian traditional dances from different ethnicities, along with contemporary dance exercises to allow our bodies learn new things. The overall direction of the class and combining two very different styles are a way for participants to create and find new ways of moving.

Live Physical Practice is donation based. If you have income at the moment donations are welcome but we do not expect payment from freelancers whose income has been disrupted by COVID 19.
