In my class, I’ll work on the development of control of the body in motion. I aim to deepen the knowledge about mechanics and structure of our bodies through detailed analysis of our movement, which will improve and enhance the physical ability to execute given motions.

Awareness of our own body, space and other bodies in the space are essential parts of the class. Alongside technical exercises, I frequently use partner work to stimulate this awareness allowing participants to learn and teach each other.

Improving body coordination is also a tool to achieve better control. Control will allow us to understand the possibilities of human bodies making it easier to move, to dance and eventually discover the joy and pleasure of movement.

Live Physical Practice is donation based. If you have income at the moment donations are welcome but we do not expect payment from freelancers whose income has been disrupted by COVID 19.

If access issues due to e.g. a disability are a barrier to you being able to join Groundwork classes please contact to discuss your requirements confidentially
