We are delighted to invite you to two Laboratori sharings at the Dance House. This new initiative by NDCWales, in partnership with Groundwork, brings together artists from the Company and from the independent dance sector in Wales to test new choreographic ideas and ways of working. Taking place over the next two weeks, The Laboratori will offer seven choreographers and 16 dancers mentorship and stimulus to evolve and extend their usual ways of working.

The first week’s participants will be mentored by Lea Anderson, founder of iconic dance groups, The Cholmondeleys and of The Featherstonehaughs. The second week’s participants will be mentored by Éric Minh Cuong Castaing, Artistic Director of Shonen, a French company that works with dance, new technology and a diversity of performers.

The first week’s sharing of research will take place on Friday 28th June at 3.00 and the second week’s sharing of research will take place on Friday 5th July at 3.00pm.  If you would like to come along to one or both of the sharings,  please email rebecca@ndcwales.co.uk to confirm your attendance. We look forward to seeing you there.
